We designed and built a conversion-focused Shopify store for Juniper Eco Shield, a natural insect repellent brand from Istanbul. Their flagship product uses IR3535 β a WHO-approved botanical ingredient β to provide 8-hour protection against mosquitoes and 4-hour protection against ticks, without DEET or harsh chemicals.
The store was built to educate and convert: visitors need to understand why natural repellent works before they buy. Every element supports this goal β from the scientific ingredient breakdown to the comparison table vs. DEET alternatives.
The Challenge
Juniper needed a store that could sell a single-product concept effectively. The challenge was overcoming consumer skepticism about natural repellents β most people assume "natural" means "weaker." The brand needed to communicate scientific credibility while maintaining an approachable, family-friendly tone. Bundle pricing and trust signals were critical for conversion.
Our Solution
We built a custom Shopify theme (Ogun Koprulu Theme v1.0) with a nature-inspired palette β forest green, sage, and cream. Key implementations:
