These terms govern the use of the website 34devs.com and all services offered by 34Devs Shopify Agency, operated by Ahmet Hamdi Kılıç, Hedwigstraße 27, 41352 Korschenbroich, Germany.
We offer Shopify development services including store setup, theme and app development, migration, SEO optimization, and ongoing maintenance plans. The specific scope of each project or subscription is defined in the respective proposal or plan description.
Our digital products (themes, apps, templates) are delivered electronically after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or materially different from its description.
Monthly retainer plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or iyzico. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. For project-based work, payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
All custom work created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our pre-built themes and apps remain the intellectual property of 34Devs — clients receive a license to use them. The 34Devs brand, logo, and website content are protected by copyright law.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Korschenbroich/Mönchengladbach, Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
