Vellum doesn't shout. There is no countdown timer, no "ONLY 3 LEFT" bar, no upsell modal interrupting the read. Instead, it gives your work the typography it deserves — variable serif, italic dateline accents, hand-set numerals, hairline rules between sections.
The home page is composed like a magazine spread: editorial hero, named wardrobe categories, an atelier "plate," chosen silhouettes, the making, a lookbook, a quote, the diary. Each piece is a chapter.
Customers move through your store the way they read a journal — page by page, deliberately.

Inspired by therow.com's collection treatment. The header is a split: manifesto on the left, hero photograph on the right. The body is a sidebar product index alongside a five-column product deck, with three editorial banner slots breaking the rhythm, closing on an atelier notes band.
Filter + sort built on Shopify's Storefront Filtering API — instant, no page reload.

What you might be asking.
Is this on the Shopify Theme Store?
Not yet. Vellum was submitted for review in May 2026; we're working on a v2.0 redesign for the Theme Store. In the meantime, you can buy it directly here — same theme, same code, lifetime updates included.
Can I switch presets after install?
Yes. The four presets (Manuscript, Atelier, Letterpress, Modernist) live in your theme editor. Switch any time — colors, typography, voice, and motion all change in one click.
Do I need to know code?
No. Everything is editable through Shopify's theme editor — sections, blocks, settings, colors, fonts, image picks. Reading the docs takes about 30 minutes.
Will it work with my apps?
Vellum supports Shopify's app blocks system, so most modern apps inject cleanly. Klaviyo, Judge.me, Searchanise, Recharge, Bold all tested. Older apps that need direct theme edits may require custom dev.
What if I need a feature that's not in there?
Reach out — we offer custom section builds starting at €350. If the feature is widely useful, we sometimes add it to the next Vellum update for everyone.
Do you offer a discount for agencies?
Yes. Agencies installing Vellum on five or more client stores receive a 30% discount on bulk purchases. Contact us for a quote.
What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. If Vellum isn't the right fit, write to us and we'll process a full refund.
