Erdem Boya

Erdem Boya mixes car paint to the vehicle's original colour code: as a touch-up pen, touch-up kit, spray can, spray bundle or 1 kg tin. We built the complete store on Shopify with a fully custom Online Store 2.0 theme.

The catalogue covers 55,318 products for 158 car brands and 56,844 colour codes. Customers find their colour by brand, model, year and colour family and go straight to the right product.

A catalogue this size cannot be maintained by hand or browsed through classic collections. The main challenges:

- 55,318 products, each with 5 fixed variants and no product photos
- Most customers do not know their colour code or where to find it on the car
- Paint is mixed to order: no stock to track, but clear legal wording on returns
- At the start, not a single page or product had a meta description

We delivered the store, the theme and the catalogue tooling end to end:

- Four-step colour code finder (brand, model, year, colour family) on the homepage and every brand page
- 158 brand pages with model and colour lists
- Illustrated guide to where the colour code sits on the car, plus photo requests via WhatsApp
- Package picker on the product page with matching image and price per variant
- Product images linked to all 55,318 products via the Admin API
- Meta descriptions for every page and all 55,318 products through bulk updates
- Structured data: Organization, WebSite, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage
- Legal pages, including the right-of-withdrawal exception for custom-mixed paint
- App-style mobile navigation with a fixed bottom bar
