We built a complete Shopify store for Konfor Hali — an established rug retailer offering modern and classic rugs, kilims, washable models and runners since 1984.

The store pairs warm, home-forward product presentation with a clear collection architecture: modern rugs, classic rugs, living-room rugs, bedroom rugs, kids-room rugs and runners. Built mobile-first because most customers shop on their phones, with a fast checkout and free shipping above a set order value.

Konfor Hali had decades of craftsmanship and a wide catalogue — but no digital storefront that matched that quality. The core challenges:
